Surface Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Concrete, screed, or plaster surfaces must be clean, solid, level, and free from oil, grease, or other contaminants.\nRemove any cement residue, dust, and adhered particles.\nSubstrates should be pre-wetted until they reach a damp or saturated surface-dry (SSD) condition. Steel or metal surfaces must be free from oil, grease, and rust.<\/p>\n

Mixing<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Pour Component A (liquid) into a clean container or mixing bucket. Gradually add Component B (powder) while stirring slowly until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.<\/li>\n
  • Mix for approximately 3 minutes. A low-speed mechanical mixer is recommended (300\u2013600 rpm).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Application<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Apply using a brush, with a minimum of 2 coats<\/li>\n
    • Allow the first coat to dry (approximately 1\u20132 hours depending on ambient temperature)<\/li>\n
    • before applying the second coat in a crosswise direction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Curing<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Protect the applied MM-508 layer from rain or water splashes until it is completely dry (\u00b1 6 hours).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t

          • Install proper guides to ensure an even level for bricklaying or plastering.<\/li>\n
          • Install head guides (benang lot) using MM-203 mortar mix according to the desired thickness. These guides can be installed vertically or horizontally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Mixing<\/strong><\/p>\n

            • Pour 8\u20139 liters of clean water into a mixing container, then gradually add MM-203 <\/span> while stirring until fully blended.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Mixing time: approximately 3 minutes.<\/li>\n
            • Use a low-speed mechanical mixer <\/span>(300\u2013600 rpm) for best results.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Application<\/strong><\/p>\n

              • For bricklaying work, use a suitable bricklaying trowel. <\/span> For plastering, use an appropriate plastering trowel.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • If the brick surface is too dry, moisten it with clean water before application.<\/li>\n
              • Apply the MM-203 mortar to the substrate surface, and use a long aluminum <\/span>screed to level the surface.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Recommended application thickness: 10 mm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t
