HOW TO USE

Surface Preparation

Concrete, screed, or plaster surfaces must be clean, solid, level, and free from oil, grease, or other contaminants. Remove any cement residue, dust, and adhered particles. Substrates should be pre-wetted until they reach a damp or saturated surface-dry (SSD) condition. Steel or metal surfaces must be free from oil, grease, and rust.

Mixing

  • Pour Component A (liquid) into a clean container or mixing bucket. Gradually add Component B (powder) while stirring slowly until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
  • Mix for approximately 3 minutes. A low-speed mechanical mixer is recommended (300–600 rpm).

Application

  • Apply using a brush, with a minimum of 2 coats
  • Allow the first coat to dry (approximately 1–2 hours depending on ambient temperature)
  • before applying the second coat in a crosswise direction.

Curing

  • Protect the applied MM-508 layer from rain or water splashes until it is completely dry (± 6 hours).

BENEFITS

  1. Pre-measured components for easy mixing
  2. User-friendly and easy to apply
  3. Consistency can be adjusted for brush or trowel application
  4. Excellent adhesion to solid substrates
  5. Fully waterproof
  6. Good abrasion resistance
  7. Will not crack or shrink if applied as directed
  8. Non-toxic; safe for water tanks, fish ponds, and swimming pools
  9. Semi-flexible formulation

SPEAD COVERAGE

1 – 1.5 kg set/m² per coat

(Depending on substrate surface condition and brush application)

Typically applied in two coats

STORAGE

Shelf life is 9 months from the production date when stored in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

Store in a dry, cool, and shaded environment at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C.

HOW TO USE

Surface Preparation

  • The application surface must be clean, level, and free from oil or grease contamination.
  • Remove all residual cement, dust, oil, and loosely bonded particles.
  • Install proper guides to ensure an even level for bricklaying or plastering.
  • Install head guides (benang lot) using MM-203 mortar mix according to the desired thickness. These guides can be installed vertically or horizontally.

Mixing

  • Pour 8–9 liters of clean water into a mixing container, then gradually add MM-203 while stirring until fully blended.
  • Mixing time: approximately 3 minutes.
  • Use a low-speed mechanical mixer (300–600 rpm) for best results.

Application

  • For bricklaying work, use a suitable bricklaying trowel. For plastering, use an appropriate plastering trowel.
  • If the brick surface is too dry, moisten it with clean water before application.
  • Apply the MM-203 mortar to the substrate surface, and use a long aluminum screed to level the surface.
  • Recommended application thickness: 10 mm.

BENEFITS

  1. Excellent bonding strength
  2. High density and compactness, effectively
  3. preventing water penetration
  4. Ideal for humid areas or walls exposed to water seepage
  5. Waterproof properties
  6. to block ground water capillary rise
  7. Economical in material usage
  8. Consistent quality
  9. Easy to use and apply — just add Water

SPEAD COVERAGE

Approx. 2 m² per 40 kg at 10 mm thickness

(actual coverage may vary depending on the surface profile)

STORAGE

  • Shelf life: 12 months when stored in sealed, dry,
  • and undamaged original packaging. Store in a dry environment at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C
  • Avoid overstacking — maximum 8 bags per pallet, 2 pallets high.
